Visitors, logistics and service partners must register in a written form latest 1 working day before their arrival to our plant in Aschersleben and follow the below regulations during their stay.
- If you face develop symptoms associated with COVID-19 (coughing, a runny nose, sore throat or fever) your entrance will be automatically refused at the reception. No exceptions can be made for entry from virus variant areas.
- Mouth and nose must be covered throughout the whole period of the stay and the minimum distance to others (min. 1.5 meters) must be kept at all times. Respirator masks must fulfill the requirements of FFP2, KN95/N95 or surgical masks.
- Protective eyewear is also highly recommended during the visit.
- Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly, the usage of efficient sterilizers is highly suggested.
- Meeting rooms must be disinfected before and after the usage and proper air exchange must be ensured.
- During the take-over of the documents inserted into additional plastic bag, protective gloves must be also worn.
- Truck drivers should stay in their vehicle until they are explicitely invited to open or close the transport device for loading. Once their job is completed, they must get back to their cockpit without any delay.
